About this fabric
Alchemy Pewter from Fryett's Fabrics is a fabric with a 140cm width, a 0cm pattern repeat and a composition of 56% cotton and 44% polyester. In this colourway the ground reads as a restrained pewter grey, lifted by darker charcoal-like folds and a subtle sheen that catches on the ridges of the drape. The overall effect is modern and quietly dramatic rather than bright, with the mottled movement giving the surface depth even when seen flat. The cotton-rich blend helps keep the handle natural, while the polyester adds practicality to the cloth's smooth, polished appearance.
How to use it
Use this pewter shade where you want a refined neutral with a little contrast, such as tailored curtains, a headboard or a smart accent chair. It sits especially well with black accents, pale timber and layered greys.
