About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is made from 78% polyester and 22% cotton, with a 140cm width and a pattern repeat of 32cm vertical by 35.5cm horizontal. The colourway combines a fresh pink ground with muted olive and brown striping, so the check reads warm, lively and slightly mellow rather than bright or sugary. Fine intersecting lines soften the larger blocks and add texture to the woven effect visible in the swatch. With no performance features noted, it is best chosen for decorative schemes where the colour and plaid character are the main focus.

How to use it

Use it to add colour to a skirted armchair, bench cushion or feature drape where the watermelon pink can lift darker timber and painted finishes. It pairs especially well with oatmeal, weathered wood and soft green accents that echo the check's earthy undertones.
