About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is woven in 78% polyester and 22% cotton, giving the cloth a practical handle with a soft textile feel. The 140cm width makes it suitable for larger drops or upholstery runs, while the 9cm pattern repeat keeps the check regular and orderly across the surface. In this colourway, the grey reads cool and gently weathered, with a pale chalky thread softening the deeper charcoal lines. The overall finish is smart and understated, with enough definition in the check to add structure without dominating a room.

How to use it

Use it on a neat armchair, ottoman or bench where the small check can bring order to a scheme. Its cool dove-grey tone sits especially well with white-painted wood, pale oak and deeper graphite accents.
