Komodo Charcoal

Flavia FR Fabric

Komodo Charcoal shows a tightly worked geometric motif in deep charcoal and soft ivory, giving the fabric a clear, graphic presence. The repeated diamond structure feels neat and ordered, with a woven texture that reads smart rather than flashy.

About this fabric

This colourway of Flavia FR is grounded by a charcoal ground that makes the ivory pattern sit sharply on the surface, so the design has real contrast without feeling bright. The small 1.7cm pattern repeat keeps the diamond motif compact and precise, which suits the disciplined look visible in the swatch. Woven in 97% cotton and 3% polyester, and measuring 140cm wide, it has the character of a textile made for practical use while still keeping a refined finish. The overall effect is dark, textured and slightly tailored, with enough pattern movement to stop the charcoal from reading flat.

How to use it

Use Komodo Charcoal on an accent chair, banquette or occasional cushions where the small geometric can add structure without overwhelming the room. Its cool charcoal tone pairs especially well with pale plaster, oak and brushed metal.

A crisp, low-contrast geometric that works well on tailored seating and cushions.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
