About this fabric

This Porter & Stone fabric is 140cm wide and composed of 44% Poly, 31% Vis and 25% Cotton, with a 13.5cm pattern repeat. In the swatch, the motif reads as a small-scale navy-indigo chevron/leaf shape set on a pale background, creating strong contrast without feeling loud. The surface appears matt and woven rather than glossy, which helps the darker motif sit neatly and keeps the design looking refined. Its compact repeat and balanced cloth make it suitable for upholstery or drapery where a neat, structured pattern is wanted.

How to use it

Use this deep indigo colourway on a compact chair, bench or roman blind to bring pattern into a room without overpowering it. It works especially well with white paint, pale oak and brushed metal finishes.

Pairs well with pale timber and crisp neutrals for a clean, tailored look.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
