About this fabric

This 100% cotton fabric has a dry, natural handle that suits its softly textured, brushstroke look. The 140cm width and 64cm pattern repeat make it practical for larger projects where the full abstract sweep can be shown to best effect. In this colourway, the burnt orange marks read as warm and earthy rather than bright, settled into a pale cream ground with touches of grey and muted olive. The overall effect is relaxed but grounded, with enough contrast to give sofas, accent chairs or feature cushions real visual depth.

How to use it

Pair it with warm oak, chalky plaster and textured neutrals so the burnt orange notes feel intentional rather than heavy. It also works well with deep bronze accessories and soft sage accents to echo the quieter greenish tones in the print.

Use for relaxed upholstery or statement cushions where the warm rust tones can glow against lighter walls.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
