Kemble Aqua is a very pale aqua textile with a cool, almost blue-grey cast. Its close plain weave and fine horizontal surface texture give the swatch a quiet, softly natural appearance.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a washed aqua rather than a bright turquoise, with the cool tone lightening evenly across the cloth. A delicate linen-like slub and subtle weave variation are visible on the otherwise plain surface. Made from 55% linen and 45% cotton, the 137 cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains and bedspreads. It must not be washed, bleached or ironed, and requires professional dry cleaning.

How to use it

Use Kemble Aqua for full-length curtains in a pale, coastal or contemporary room where its blue-grey cast brings gentle colour without visual weight. It also suits a relaxed bedspread paired with chalky whites, light timber and soft grey accents.
