About this fabric

Made from 100% cotton, this 136 cm-wide fabric is suitable for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Its blue-grey ground reads muted and gently cool, while the cream pinstripes bring definition without making the design feel stark. The visible weave gives the narrow vertical stripes a lightly textured, natural finish. A 34 cm horizontal pattern repeat should be considered when matching the fabric across wider pieces; after care is professional dry cleaning only, with no washing, bleaching or ironing.

How to use it

Use Rainstorm Blue on a buttoned chair, headboard or loose-covered sofa where its cool slate tone can be balanced with pale woods, chalky neutrals and warm ivory. As curtains or a bedspread, the vertical stripe adds height while the softened blue keeps the room calm rather than nautical.

A cool, quietly tailored stripe for upholstered seating, relaxed curtains and coordinated bedspreads.
