About this fabric

The close-up shows an even indigo-blue weave with subtle tonal variation and a softly tactile, linen-like surface rather than a printed motif. Composed of 45% cotton, 40% linen and 15% rayon, the 137 cm-wide fabric is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads. Its 30,000 Martindale rub test makes it suitable for upholstery applications where a stronger woven cloth is required. Care instructions are to avoid washing, bleaching and ironing, with professional dry cleaning required.

How to use it

Use this cool, dark indigo on a structured armchair or sofa to introduce depth without a glossy finish, or repeat it in full-length curtains for a more enveloping scheme. Its muted blue tone pairs naturally with chalky neutrals, warm timber and aged brass.
