About this fabric

This 137 cm (53.82") wide fabric is woven from 29% viscose, 25% cotton, 15% polyester, 13% linen, 9% wool and 9% polyacrylic. Its 8 cm (3.14") vertical pattern repeat creates a regular sequence of narrow horizontal bands, alternating light sand with a deeper camel-tan shade. The restrained contrast keeps the stripe calm and tailored rather than graphic, while the woven texture adds subtle depth across the surface. Rated at 25,000 Martindale, it is specified for curtains, loose upholstery, fixed upholstery and bedspreads.

How to use it

Use the warm sand ground to soften an otherwise neutral room, pairing it with oat, ivory and natural timber. On upholstery, the fine tan stripe brings definition without overpowering surrounding plain fabrics; on curtains or a bedspread, it reads as a quietly structured layer.

Fine warm stripes give this versatile woven fabric a quietly tailored finish for upholstery, curtains and bedspreads.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Wilton Stripe Sand without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
