Essential Colour III - Neutral FabricBF11183.110
Drayton Linen has a warm flax-beige appearance with a quietly irregular plain weave. The close-up shows fine tonal variation across its softly matte surface rather than a printed motif.

About this fabric
Made from 34% viscose, 32% cotton, 17% linen and 17% polyester, this 137cm-wide fabric combines a natural-looking weave with a durable specification. Its pale oatmeal-beige tone reads warm and softly muted, while tiny woven variations prevent the surface from appearing flat. Rated at 40,000 Martindale, it is supplied for curtains, loose upholstery and bedspreads. Care is professional dry cleaning only; do not wash, bleach or iron.
How to use it
Use this warm flax-beige on relaxed upholstery or loose covers, where its subtle woven depth complements timber and natural finishes. It also makes softly filtered curtains or calm bedspreads without introducing a strong pattern.
A softly textured natural beige for relaxed curtains, loose upholstery and bedspreads.

Pairs well with
Drayton Linen is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
