About this fabric

The plush velvet surface reads almost black in the deeper folds, while its raised pile catches softer highlights across the pleated curtain. Olive and moss-green leaves create the main pattern, with warm ochre-brown touches adding depth without brightening the overall colourway. The medium-scale botanical motif remains densely layered from edge to edge, giving the fabric a richly immersive appearance. Catalogued for curtain use, this colourway brings a dramatic, cocooning presence to the window.

How to use it

Pair Noir with aged brass hardware, warm timber and olive or tobacco accents to draw out the foliage’s earthy undertones. Its near-black ground also works against pale walls, where the pleated velvet becomes a strong architectural frame.
