About this fabric

The Noir colourway is visibly dominated by a near-black background, while taupe-grey foliage picks out the small branching leaf forms across the surface. Its dense all-over motif creates an intricate texture at close range without losing the depth of the dark ground. The jacquard construction has a subtly raised, tactile appearance rather than the look of a flat print. No composition, width, rub test or performance features have been supplied for this colourway.

How to use it

Use this black-and-taupe colourway to upholster a statement chair, footstool or compact sofa where its dense foliage can read as texture as well as pattern. Pair it with warm timber, aged brass and quiet taupe textiles to soften the near-black depth.
