About this fabric

This House of Hackney curtain-collection fabric is catalogued as velvet, and the image shows its substantial pile catching the light across each pleat. The petrol ground reads as a cool, saturated blue-green, giving the curtain a deep, enveloping tone rather than a bright teal appearance. Layered botanical stems, pale leaves and warm copper-orange flowers create a richly coloured floral surface with noticeable depth against the dark background. No performance features are noted for this colourway.

How to use it

Use the deep petrol-teal ground to frame a window in a study, sitting room or bedroom where its cool darkness can balance warm timber, aged brass and ochre accents. The copper flowers also make it effective alongside earthy rust and muted gold upholstery or accessories.
