About this fabric

The black background gives this colourway striking depth, allowing the densely arranged flowers, curling stems and feathery foliage to stand forward. Large coral and blush blooms sit alongside powder-blue flowers, olive leaves, pale cream seedheads and small mustard accents. The contrast feels theatrical and richly coloured rather than muted, with the dark ground adding a distinctly nocturnal character. As a wallpaper design, it makes the botanical composition the defining feature of the wall.

How to use it

Use Noir on a feature wall, in a reading room or across a dramatic dining space, balancing its black ground with warm wood, aged brass and upholstered pieces in olive, coral or dusty blue.

Use this dramatic Noir colourway to bring layered botanical colour and a dark, theatrical backdrop to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
