About this fabric

The design combines blue berry sprays, fine feathery foliage, branching stems and distinctive olive-green radial flowers, with muted grey seed pods scattered throughout. Its cool blue and blue-grey tones read as misted and tranquil, while the olive accents bring a restrained touch of warmth. At 300 gsm and 137 cm usable width, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. The pattern has a generous 135 cm vertical repeat and 137 cm horizontal repeat, giving the botanical composition a broad, immersive scale; the specification also records 49 threads per cm and a 40 m standard length.

How to use it

Use Lagoon/Linden on relaxed curtains, roman blinds or occasional upholstery where its pale blue ground can keep a room feeling open. Pair it with chalky whites, bleached timber and olive or natural linen accents to draw out the colourway’s cool botanical calm.

A light, airy botanical with cool blue foliage and olive accents for fresh, nature-led interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Postelia Lagoon/Linden without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
