About this fabric

This 388 gsm outdoor fabric has a chalk-toned base threaded with warm rust, creating a restrained contrast rather than a highly saturated stripe. Fine horizontal rows and compact dotted bands form the visible design, with the light ground keeping the overall effect bright. The usable width is 140 cm, while the pattern repeat measures 7.5 cm vertically and 0.5 cm horizontally. With 21 threads per cm, the closely structured weave is well suited to upholstery applications where a neat, patterned surface is wanted.

How to use it

Use Ayla Chalk/Rust on outdoor seat cushions, dining chairs or a compact bench where its chalk background can lighten the setting and the rust bands can echo terracotta pots, brick or warm timber. Keep surrounding fabrics simple so the fine horizontal rhythm remains clear.
