Kimono Paprika/Seaglass
Kasuri Fabrics FabricHAF0617-05
Kimono Paprika/Seaglass layers sweeping, feather-like curves across an ivory ground, combining warm paprika rust with cool, pale seaglass blue-green. Its fine textile surface softens the graphic movement of the repeated motif.

About this fabric
The design is formed from overlapping, arcing strokes that resemble stylised feathers or long leaves, with paprika providing warmth and seaglass accents cooling the ivory background. Subtle surface grain gives the printed-looking lines a softly tactile quality rather than a flat, hard-edged finish. At 288 gsm and 29 threads per cm, this is a versatile mid-weight fabric suited to both upholstery and drapery. Its 302 cm usable width and 126.5 cm vertical by 150 cm horizontal repeat give the sweeping pattern plenty of scope across broad applications.
How to use it
Use the paprika tone to warm an ivory or natural room, or draw out the seaglass detail with pale blue-green paint and relaxed linen accents. On a chair or headboard, the large-scale arcs create movement; across full-width curtains, they read as a soft, flowing field.
The warm paprika and cool seaglass palette brings lively movement to upholstery, curtains and blinds.

Pairs well with
A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Kimono Paprika/Seaglass without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
