Elidi Mallard/Grass/Iris is a small-scale woven design with a pale grey-white ground and closely spaced bands of mallard teal, grass green, iris blue and mustard. Its gently irregular dash-like marks give the swatch a lively, tactile surface without a dominant large motif.

About this fabric

The 455gsm cloth has a substantial woven presence, while the 27 threads per cm construction keeps the pattern finely detailed. Short horizontal marks and tiny vertical colour shifts form compact rows across the pale ground, with teal and green providing the strongest definition and iris and mustard adding cooler and warmer flickers. The design has a 9cm vertical repeat and a very narrow 1.5cm horizontal repeat, creating an even, closely articulated texture over the 138cm usable width. Catalogued for outdoor use, this colourway is particularly well suited to upholstered seating where its layered, garden-like palette can be seen at close range.

How to use it

Pair it with chalky whites, pale grey timber and deeper teal accents for a fresh outdoor scheme, or pick out the mustard flecks with warm natural wood and ochre accessories.
