Liora Black Earth/Chalk

Indoor Outdoor Weaves II OutdoorHAF0619-02

Liora Black Earth/Chalk presents a crisp, high-contrast geometric design in near-black and chalk. Its dense woven surface gives the repeating motif a softly tactile, pixel-like edge rather than a perfectly printed finish.

About this fabric

The colourway is built around dark Black Earth motifs on a chalk ground, creating a cool, graphic effect with strong visual definition. Repeating angular medallions and small cross-like details form a compact geometric pattern, measured at 10.7 cm vertically by 14 cm horizontally. At 435 gsm and 138 cm wide, this is a substantial outdoor weave suited to structured upholstery. The dense construction measures 26 threads per cm, helping the pattern read clearly across a larger upholstered surface.

How to use it

Pair the black and chalk contrast with pale timber, brushed metal or warm neutral walls for a contemporary scheme. It is particularly effective on dining chairs, ottomans and compact sofas where the regular geometric repeat can be appreciated up close.

Use this high-contrast black and chalk weave to give tailored upholstery a graphic, architectural edge.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
