About this fabric

The compact geometric pattern alternates dark and light facets, giving this colourway a charcoal-black depth rather than a flat solid appearance. Warm taupe highlights soften the near-black ground, while the closely packed surface catches the light in small, crisp points. At 220gsm, it is a versatile mid-weight textile suited to both upholstery and drapery, with a 137.1cm usable width. The pattern repeats every 33cm vertically and 34.2cm horizontally, allowing the small-scale design to remain continuous across wider applications.

How to use it

Pair the black-and-taupe tone with weathered timber, dark metal and warm stone for a grounded outdoor scheme. Its small, ordered pattern works particularly well on seat cushions, occasional upholstery and simple blinds where the fine tonal movement can be seen up close.

Use this compact black-and-taupe pattern to bring structured depth to outdoor upholstery, cushions or relaxed window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
