About this fabric

At 540gsm, this is a substantial woven fabric suited to upholstery, with a 132cm usable width. Narrow cornflower-blue columns run vertically through the warm parchment ground, while the intervening bands carry delicate repeating arcs that create subtle movement across the cloth. The design has a 2.7cm vertical repeat and a 22cm horizontal repeat, giving the stripe arrangement a measured, structured rhythm. With 37 threads per cm, the closely woven surface has a defined textile texture rather than a flat printed appearance.

How to use it

Use this cool parchment-and-cornflower colourway on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat where its vertical lines can remain clearly visible. Pair it with chalky neutrals and pale blue accents to draw out the fabric’s calm contrast without overwhelming the fine woven detail.
