Sashiko Sky/Olive

Kasuri Fabrics FabricHAF0627-02

Sashiko Sky/Olive combines a cool, pale sky-blue ground with olive-green stepped lines in a tightly packed geometric weave. The small-scale pattern reads crisp and rhythmic, while the ivory flecks keep the colourway softly textured rather than saturated.

About this fabric

This 452gsm textile is supplied at a 140cm usable width, giving the substantial weave a practical scale for upholstery. Its interlocking, angular motif repeats every 2.3cm vertically and 2cm horizontally, creating a finely articulated surface across the cloth. The 41.3 threads per centimetre contribute to the dense, compact appearance visible in the swatch, with olive accents adding warmth and depth to the otherwise cool blue-and-ivory palette. The standard length is 35m.

How to use it

Use this cool sky-blue and olive colourway on a tailored armchair, sofa or dining seat where its small geometric repeat can add pattern without overwhelming the room. Pair it with chalky ivory, pale timber and muted olive accessories to draw out the swatch’s soft contrast.

The cool sky-blue and olive weave brings a crisp, tailored rhythm to upholstered seating.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
