About this fabric

The close-up shows a quiet plain weave with delicate vertical definition, fine cross-texture and softly mottled light-and-dark threads rather than a printed motif. At 394gsm, Mineral Nimbus has the substantial feel expected of a hard-wearing upholstery cloth, while its even surface keeps the appearance refined rather than bulky. The fabric has a usable width of 143cm and a 0cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, making the texture continuous across the width. Its 17 threads per cm contribute to the closely settled, softly tactile surface visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use Mineral Nimbus on a tailored armchair, sofa or headboard where its cool grey-green tone can sit alongside limestone, pale oak, chalk white and blue-grey accents. In brighter rooms it reads as an airy mineral shade; in lower light, the woven texture gives it a slightly deeper, more atmospheric cast.

Use this pale, cool-toned weave to bring quiet texture to upholstered seating and pair it with chalky neutrals or soft blue-greys.
