About this fabric

This Harlequin fabric weighs 394 gsm, giving the closely woven blue-grey textile a substantial feel suited to upholstery. Pale and darker threads intersect across the surface, creating a restrained crosshatch texture rather than a printed motif. The cool mineral shade reads softly blue in the image, with enough grey through the weave to keep it muted rather than saturated. It has a 143 cm usable width, with a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat.

How to use it

Use Mineral Maya on a sofa, armchair or dining seat in a cool-toned room, pairing its mineral blue-grey with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal. The low-contrast weave also works well alongside textured plains without introducing another visible pattern.

Use this cool blue-grey woven upholstery on seating where its quiet crosshatch texture can add depth without a strong motif.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
