About this fabric

This Harlequin fabric has a substantial 394gsm weight and a 143cm usable width, making it well suited to considered upholstery applications. The image shows a close, fine weave with delicate vertical striations rather than a printed motif or repeat. Its 17 threads-per-cm construction gives the surface a softly tactile, lightly irregular appearance, while the restrained beige tone keeps the overall effect calm and chalky. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Mineral Limewash on an occasional chair, headboard or tailored sofa to bring a quiet, chalky beige texture into the room. Pair it with warm oak, natural stone and softly aged metals to draw out its gentle limewashed character.

A softly textured pale neutral for upholstered pieces where a quiet, woven surface is preferred.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
