Momentum Wallcoverings Volume 5 WallpaperHAW0135-04

Axal Wide Width Axal Chalk presents a pale, cool-grey ground crossed by crisp white lines that form an expansive faceted geometric pattern. The restrained contrast keeps the design light while its angular structure remains clearly visible.

About this fabric

This Axal Chalk colourway is built from a soft chalk-grey field with bright white polygonal lines radiating into irregular geometric facets. A fine diagonal texture across the ground adds subtle visual grain, giving the otherwise clean design a gently tactile appearance. The pattern has a 64cm vertical repeat and no horizontal repeat, allowing the large-scale geometry to continue across the 68.6cm usable width. Supplied in a standard 10.05m length, it is part of Harlequin’s Momentum Wallcoverings Volume 5 collection.

How to use it

Use this cool, nearly monochrome colourway to give a contemporary room a pale architectural backdrop, particularly alongside white, silver-grey or softly toned furnishings. Its chalky lightness can keep a room feeling open while the large angular repeat adds definition to a feature wall.

A pale, cool-toned geometric wallpaper that brings crisp architectural definition without strong colour contrast.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Axal Wide Width Axal Chalk without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
