About this fabric

This Harlequin chenille reads as a softened dusky rose, sitting between dusty pink and muted berry rather than a bright or sugary pink. Fine pale and deeper yarns intermingle across the surface, giving the colour a softly mottled appearance and allowing the light to catch small flecks of texture. At 465 gsm and 139 cm wide, it has the substantial presence expected of an upholstery cloth. With zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, the plain weave can be oriented without matching a design.

How to use it

Use Dusky Rose to upholster a reading chair, bench or generous sofa where its restrained pink warmth can soften neutral walls and timber. Pair it with chalky creams, warm taupes or deeper berry accents to echo the tonal depth in the weave.

Use this muted dusky rose on an upholstered chair, sofa or headboard to add soft colour with a subtly textured finish.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
