About this fabric

This 590 gsm velvet has a 137 cm usable width and a dense specification of 85 threads per cm, giving the patterned face a substantial, closely formed appearance. Narrow platinum-grey rows alternate with warmer citrus-olive bands, creating a restrained contrast rather than a bright, high-saturation effect. Within each band, repeated pointed oval motifs produce a fine vertical rhythm across the cloth. The 29.8 cm vertical repeat and 1.7 cm horizontal repeat keep the geometric pattern precise and regularly paced.

How to use it

Use the cool platinum ground to settle citrus-olive accents in an upholstery scheme, particularly on a statement chair, bench or compact sofa. Pair it with warm timber and muted stone tones to draw out the yellow-green bands without losing the velvet’s tailored depth.
