About this fabric

This iliv velvet is woven in a 54% viscose and 46% polyester composition, with a usable width of 138cm and a high 100000 Martindale rub test, making it suitable for severe contract upholstery as well as drapery and accessories. The design shows an interlaced, circular motif across a pale stone background, with the pattern reading in a warm beige-taupe that is lighter and airier than a deeper neutral. The velvet pile gives the loops a soft sheen, so the surface changes subtly as light moves across it. It is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, which adds practical flexibility for project use.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a neutral with more character than plain linen: it works well on statement seating, ottomans, and padded headboards. Against chalky walls or pale timber, the stone-beige ground stays calm while the looping motif adds quiet movement.
