About this fabric

This colourway of Infinity Velvets Orbit has a cool, muted slate blue that sits cleanly against the lighter base, so the repeating rings read crisp rather than high-contrast. The visible pile catches the light in soft patches, giving the loops a tonal, almost brushed look. Made in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, it has a velvet handle with a substantial feel, and the 138 cm usable width makes it practical for larger upholstery drops as well as drapery and accessories. With a 100000 Martindale and Severe Contract upholstery grade, it is built for demanding use, and it is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery.

How to use it

Use it on a statement chair, banquette or cushion scheme where the slate blue can echo steel, stone or navy accents. It also works well as a tailored curtain or blind fabric when you want pattern with a cool, refined edge.
