About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, HEATHCLIFF Indigo 2 has a generous 35cm horizontal and vertical pattern repeat that gives the check its relaxed, flowing scale. The visible finish is a cool navy-indigo ground with pale grey pinstripes and accents of blue-green and muted ochre, creating a classic tartan look without feeling heavy. With a usable width of 140cm and a Martindale rating of 20,000, it is suited to both upholstery and drapery in everyday domestic settings. It is also treatable for FR drapery and upholstery, making it a practical choice where a traditional checked pattern is needed with added versatility.

How to use it

Use it on an occasional chair, bench or curtains where the deep indigo base can anchor the room. It works especially well with timber, brushed metal and plain wool textures, which let the check read as crisp rather than busy.
