About this fabric

This velvet from the Infinity collection is woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, with a usable width of 138 cm and a severe contract upholstery grade. Its 100,000 Martindale rating makes it suitable for demanding commercial seating as well as drapery and accessories, and it can be treated for FR use in both drapery and upholstery. Visually, the colourway reads as a cool, inky midnight blue broken by smoky charcoal shading, with cobalt and blue-green highlights that shimmer as the nap shifts. The 18 cm horizontal and 17 cm vertical repeat supports the layered wavy pattern, giving the cloth a strong sense of depth and motion.

How to use it

Use this colourway where you want a moody, dressed-up finish: it pairs well with dark timber, bronze metals and soft grey stone. In a room, the blue-black ground keeps it grounded while the teal and copper notes bring energy to curtains or a statement chair.
