Infinity Velvets Infinity Stone Wavy

Infinity Velvets Velvet

Infinity Stone Wavy is a richly textured velvet with a layered, wave-like surface that reads in mossy olive, grey and charcoal tones. The pattern has a broken, striated movement that gives the fabric depth and a quietly dramatic finish.

About this fabric

Woven in 54% viscose and 46% polyester, this iliv velvet has the substance and sheen you would expect from a heavyweight decorative cloth, with a usable width of 138cm. The design forms a large, abstract wave repeat, measuring 18cm horizontally and 17cm vertically, with dark linear accents cutting through the surface for extra contrast. Its 100,000 Martindale rating and severe contract upholstery grade make it well suited to demanding seating, while FR treatment can be applied for both drapery and upholstery use. In this colourway the palette stays cool and subdued, shifting between olive, stone grey and near-black, so the velvet feels contemporary rather than bright or ornate.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, banquette or upholstered headboard where the olive-grey depth can play against wood, bronze or smoked glass. It also works well as curtains in a room with muted neutrals, where the dark wave pattern can add movement without overpowering the scheme.

A textural olive-grey velvet that feels tailored and dramatic.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Infinity Velvets Infinity Stone Wavy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
