About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, this fabric has a usable width of 140cm and a checked repeat of 35cm horizontally and 12cm vertically. The surface reads as a small-to-medium scale tartan-style check, with charcoal and deep navy fields broken by narrow ivory pinstripes and muted teal-blue bands. Its 20,000 Martindale rating makes it suitable for general domestic upholstery, while treatable FR performance means it can also be specified for drapery and upholstered schemes where fire treatment is required. Colour fastness is rated 5, so the indigo tone should hold its depth well in everyday interiors.

How to use it

Use this indigo check on an armchair, bench seat, or loose cover where the darker ground can take centre stage. It also works well for curtains or blinds in rooms with pale walls, where the blue lines add structure without feeling too heavy.
