Woven in 100% polyester, COTTINGLEY Mulberry is a practical fabric for accessories, drapery and upholstery, with a usable width of 140cm and a 20,000 Martindale rub test. The check is built from fine stripes in mulberry, olive, cream and muted taupe, creating a balanced tartan-style surface that feels ordered rather than busy. Its colourfastness rating of 5 and treatable FR suitability make it a sensible choice for domestic schemes where appearance and performance both matter. Visually, the shade reads as a warm, slightly subdued berry purple rather than a bright plum, so it has enough depth for seating while still feeling fresh in natural light.
