Summerhouse Weave Azure

Zoffany x Michael Smith Indoor Outdoor Fabric OutdoorZOF0248-01

Summerhouse Weave Azure is a cool, tonal blue woven fabric with a finely ridged surface and softly shifting bands of light. Its pale azure highlights and deeper blue-grey shadows give the colourway a calm, gently weathered character.

About this fabric

This 570gsm outdoor textile has a close, finely ribbed weave that runs vertically across the swatch, creating a subtly tactile finish rather than a printed motif. Azure reads as a desaturated blue with a slight blue-green cast, while the folds reveal lighter icy tones beside deeper blue-grey shading. The tonal variation is atmospheric but the supplied pattern repeats are both 0 cm, confirming a plain, non-repeating construction. With a 150 cm usable width, it is a substantial choice for outdoor upholstery and tailored seating applications.

How to use it

Pair this cool azure with pale stone, chalky grey or weathered timber outdoors to bring out its blue-green undertone. Its dense ribbed texture also works well on cushions or upholstered dining chairs where a plain fabric needs visual depth.

Use its cool azure depth on outdoor seating where the fine ribbed texture can add quiet dimension.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
