Wray (3m stocked) La Seine

The Muse Wallcoverings WallpaperZOW0072-01

Wray in La Seine depicts distant, overlapping mountain ridges in a quietly atmospheric palette of pale blue, blue-grey and muted teal. The softly irregular horizons give the image the character of a painted landscape rather than a sharply outlined scene.

About this fabric

The colourway moves from a light, misty blue at the upper edge through cooler blue-grey layers to deeper slate and blue-green hills below. Its broad landscape motif is designed with a 300 cm vertical repeat and no horizontal repeat, preserving the uninterrupted progression of the ridges across the width. The wallpaper has a 140 cm usable width and is supplied in a standard 3 m length. A stated weight of 476 gsm gives the specification a substantial presence, complementing the deepening tonal layers visible towards the foot of the design.

How to use it

Use La Seine on a feature wall where its cool blue-grey tones can sit alongside chalky whites, pale timber and soft grey upholstery. The darker lower ridges can also anchor a room with slate, ink-blue or muted green accents.

A cool, atmospheric landscape mural that brings layered blue-grey depth to a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
