About this fabric

This iliv velvet has a tactile, patterned surface that reads as layered and softly dimensional rather than flat. The dove-grey ground is lifted by warmer beige-taupe highlights and darker grey-brown marks, giving the design a muted, smoky finish. With a composition of 54% viscose and 46% polyester, it offers the lustre and handle expected of velvet, while the 100,000 Martindale rating and Severe Contract upholstery grade make it suitable for demanding schemes. The 138 cm usable width and 18 cm by 17 cm repeat support upholstery, drapery and accessories, and it is treatable for FR drapery and upholstery.

How to use it

The cool-neutral palette works well with pale oak, stone, and chalky paint colours, while the wavy motif adds movement to banquettes, headboards or full-length curtains. It suits rooms that need texture without strong contrast.
