About this fabric

Woven in 100% cotton, this Water Meadow design has a usable width of 141 cm and a 46 cm horizontal and vertical repeat, making the scale of the reed pattern read clearly across the cloth. The cornflower colourway is pale and washed-out rather than vivid, so the white botanical forms stand out crisply without feeling stark. A subtle slub and fine crosswise texture soften the surface, which helps the design feel relaxed and natural. With a Martindale score of 20,000 and a General Domestic upholstery grade, it is suitable for accessories, drapery and upholstery, and it can also be treated for FR use.

How to use it

Use it for relaxed curtains, a tailored occasional chair or boxed cushions where the soft blue-green cast can echo daylight and water views. It works especially well with pale timber, white paintwork and muted sage accents.

Pair with pale oak, chalk white and woven textures for a calm, airy scheme.
