Jardine Lumiere Elm Wavy

SS24 Images - Jardine, Luxoria & Orissa Fabric

Jardine Lumiere Elm Wavy combines vertical striped detail with a softly repeating leafy motif in muted elm and sage tones. The print feels ordered yet organic, with warm olive notes and pale highlights that stop it reading too heavy.

About this fabric

Woven in 77% viscose and 23% linen, this fabric has a supple, lightly textured handle that suits both drapery and upholstery uses. The 140cm usable width and 20,000 Martindale make it a practical choice for general domestic furniture as well as curtains, blinds and accessories. Its 69cm horizontal and 60cm vertical repeat creates strong vertical rhythm, while the white-green leaf forms and slim ochre accents give the elm ground a crisp, tailored look. The overall effect is fresh and grounded rather than bright, with the linen content lending a softly matte finish.

How to use it

Use it on a statement armchair, dining seats or full-length curtains where the vertical stripes can draw the eye upward. It works especially well with honey oak, painted sage and warm neutral walls.

Pair with warm timber, ochre accents and softly tailored upholstery for a fresh country-modern feel.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jardine Lumiere Elm Wavy without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
