About this fabric

Woven in 77% viscose and 23% linen, this fabric has a smooth, lightly lustrous handle that suits both drapery and upholstery applications. The 140cm usable width and 20,000 Martindale rub test make it a practical general domestic choice, while the FR treatable finish adds flexibility for tailored interiors. In this colourway, the pale haze-blue background feels airy and cool, with teal zigzag bands, fine gold pinstripes and a few plum accents giving the pattern extra definition. The repeat is substantial at 69cm horizontally and 60cm vertically, which lets the wavy motif read clearly and gives curtains or statement chairs a confident rhythm.

How to use it

Use it to bring a fresh, coastal-leaning note to an armchair, blind or full-length curtain where the pale blue ground can brighten the room. It works especially well with chalky whites, weathered oak and brushed brass, which pick out the fabric’s cool and warm threads.
