About this fabric

Woven in 77% viscose and 23% linen, this fabric has a softly textural handle and a refined, slightly lustrous surface that suits both furnishings and window dressings. The 140 cm usable width and 20,000 Martindale rating make it a practical general domestic choice for upholstery as well as drapery, and it is treatable for FR use on both. In this colourway, the red reads deep and slightly blue-toned rather than bright, while the ivory and muted teal details lift the stripe pattern without losing its grounded feel. The repeated vertical motif gives it a neat, ordered look that feels more tailored than playful.

How to use it

Use this berry-red stripe on a compact armchair, dining chairs or full-length curtains where you want colour with structure. It pairs well with warm oak, aged brass and quiet neutrals that let the red remain the focal point.

The berry-red ground gives this striped design a crisp, tailored feel with enough body for curtains or accent upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
