About this fabric

Woven in 77% viscose and 23% linen, this fabric has a soft, slightly lustrous surface that suits both drapery and general domestic upholstery. The visible ground is a very deep blue-black, which makes the peacock motifs and trailing foliage stand out in teal, turquoise, sage and warm gold. With a 69 cm horizontal repeat and 60 cm vertical repeat, the pattern has a sizeable, mirrored rhythm that works well across larger furnishings and statement curtains. It is 140 cm wide and can be treated for FR drapery and upholstery, with a Martindale rating of 20,000 for everyday use.

How to use it

Use this colourway as the focal point in a room with dark timber, brass and velvety solids to echo its moody, high-contrast palette. It is especially effective on curtains, cushions or an accent chair where the teal and ochre accents can be read from a distance.
