About this fabric

This colourway reads as light sand rather than stark cream, with delicate grey-beige threads tempering its warmth. A fine, open-looking weave creates a subtle crosshatched texture across the surface, while occasional slubby lines prevent it from appearing flat. The sheer quality and fine cloth weight make it particularly suited to drapery, where daylight can pick out the weave and soften the tone further.

How to use it

Use Inchcolm Sheer Sand for full-length curtains or relaxed blinds in a calm, sunlit scheme. Its warm beige base works especially well with chalky whites, pale timber and softly weathered neutral furnishings.

Its pale sand tone and airy woven texture suit softly gathered curtains, relaxed Roman blinds and light-filled rooms.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
