About this fabric

This densely patterned woven fabric uses contrasting charcoal and silver-grey tones to create a cool, shadowed interpretation of the design. The central diamonds and curling motifs are clearly defined, while the raised-looking weave catches the light in small flecks across the surface. Its restrained silver highlights prevent the dark ground from appearing flat, giving the colourway a quietly formal character. Inchcolm Silver is catalogued as Fabric, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use this cool charcoal-silver colourway on a statement armchair, dining chair or tailored ottoman, pairing it with pale stone textiles to draw out the lighter woven pattern.

The cool charcoal-silver ground and ornate woven pattern bring tailored depth to upholstered seating and occasional chairs.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
