About this fabric

The dense horizontal weave gives the surface a subtly ridged, tactile appearance rather than a flat printed finish. Against the almost-black blue-green ground, brighter blue flecks catch the eye while green and mustard notes add restrained contrast. The small, irregular marks create a softly mottled effect across the cloth, with no large-scale motif interrupting its dark depth. The supplied record lists this as a Fabric and notes no performance features or further specification data.

How to use it

Use this deep Kingfisher colourway on an occasional chair, headboard or compact sofa where its near-black blue-green ground can bring depth without a bold repeated pattern. Pair it with warm timber and muted brass to pick up the restrained mustard flecks.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
