About this fabric

This plain from the Modena collection by J Brown is made from 100% polyester and specified for contract use, with a high 80,000 Martindale rub count. The swatch shows a muted natural ground that sits between cream and beige, with a lightly brushed look and subtle tonal movement rather than a flat finish. Its back-coated fire performance is supplied to Cigarette & Match to BS5852, and other treatments are available upon request. Professional dry clean in situ or washable at 40°C care makes it practical for demanding interiors where a soft neutral is needed.

How to use it

Use Modena Natural on sofas, banquettes or headboards where you want a quiet backdrop that still feels warm and tactile. It works especially well with oak, chalky whites and deeper accent colours, letting the subtle sheen lift the room without competing with other finishes.
