Infinite Flax

4d Drapery Fabric

Infinite Flax is a very pale flax-ivory colourway with a quiet, clouded surface. Subtle angular shifts across the swatch give the light fabric a gently rumpled, tactile appearance.

About this fabric

The colour reads as a warm, softened ivory rather than a stark white, with faint beige-flax undertones visible through the tonal surface. Irregular, softly folded shapes move across the cloth, creating depth without a defined repeat or contrasting motif. The fine, light-looking handle shown here suits its place in the 4d Drapery collection, particularly where curtains need texture without visual weight. Changing light brings out delicate differences between the creamy ground and the slightly brighter raised-looking areas.

How to use it

Use Infinite Flax for full-length curtains in rooms that benefit from a pale, warm backdrop, pairing it with chalky whites, light oak and muted natural tones. Its barely-there pattern keeps the soft flax shade calm beside more tactile furnishings.

Use this pale, softly textured colourway for light, airy curtains and understated layered interiors.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Infinite Flax without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
