About this fabric

The soft doe-beige ground has a warm, creamy cast rather than a cool grey undertone, giving the colourway a calm, natural presence. Fine vertical lines run consistently through the cloth, while the folds create slightly deeper beige shadows and lighter highlights. Its delicate-looking weave and fluid appearance make it read as a drapery textile rather than a heavy upholstery cloth. No composition, width, rub test or other further specification data has been supplied for this colourway, and no performance features are noted.

How to use it

Use Plane Doe at a bright window where its warm pale beige tone can soften daylight without introducing a strong pattern. It would sit comfortably with ivory, oat, light timber and other understated natural finishes.

A softly woven pale beige cloth suited to curtains and other light, fluid window treatments.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
